FRANCHISEE TERMS

FRANCHISOR

Franchisor of this agreement is The Professional English which is the parent company and allowing the franchisee to run the business using its trademark, website and logo.

FRANCHISEE FEE

Franchisee fee is the initial amount paid to the franchisor by the franchisee. The franchisee fee will be Rs. 50,000 for 2 years.

FRANCHISEE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS

Under the US Federal Trade Commission, it is essential for the franchisee to provide some of the relevant documents. Here, I am disclosing the documents and particulars which an individual is needed to provide to become Franchisor.

ID Proof of the franchisee
Two passport size photographs
Area description such as size, location, business prospects, and ownership details of the place where the franchisee is intended to set up the company.
At least five photographs of the place where the franchisor is willing to set up the infrastructure.
For starting up the franchisee agreement, you will have to fill “THE AGREEMENT OF FRANCHISE- THE PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH”

TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

Term of the agreement spells out the duration for which the agreement will be valid which is 2years. And at the end of the term, if you stand to be a good franchisee, we will renew the agreement.

ROYALTY FEE

Royalty fee is the amount which is to be paid by the franchisee monthly which will be Rs. 20,000 per month, which is subject to change.

SOME OTHER PARTICULARS

Here, I want to address some of the other facts which will be quite helpful for you for undertaking the working of the company.

For Offline procedure, you can hire the trainers and staff yourself and salary will also be decided and offered by you but appointment letter will be provided by the head office that is YAMUNA VIHAR, NEW DELHI. Fees structure will also be defined by you depending upon the condition.
For Online procedure also, you will have to hire the trainer yourself and salary will also be decided and offered by you but appointment letter will be provided by the head office that is YAMUNA VIHAR, NEW DELHI. Fees structure will also be defined by you. But if you face any problem and in fixing the classes online, you can provide us that student and we can assist you with that.
